I spent 10+ years in ministry without the right tools. So I built them.
As an Associate Pastor serving across multiple churches and ministry roles, I watched dedicated, faithful staff spend hours on administrative tasks that should have taken minutes — because they didn't have the right systems in place.
Pastoral care logs kept in notebooks. Benevolence requests tracked on sticky notes. Volunteer onboarding done verbally and then forgotten. Not because the people were disorganized — because nobody had built them the tools they needed.
After years in pastoral ministry and now working as an LMS consultant for churches, schools, and nonprofits, I've built the tools I wish I had. And I'm giving them away — because a small church in rural Oklahoma deserves the same administrative infrastructure as a megachurch with a full staff.
A suggested donation of $15 per resource helps keep this going and fund new tools. But if you can't give, please take the resource anyway. That's the point.
